Our New and modern quality 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom family or group rental cabin is more like a large vacation home that has all the extras including a jacuzzi spa hot tub, washer and dryer, two satellite TVs with VCR and DVD player with audio amplifier and speakers, ranch-style modern kitchen with all large and small appliances, wireless internet, 2 barbeque grills, comfortable living room, 2 large view decks, playground with games for kids and adults, outdoor picnic area and fireplace, creek, meadow, and forest. The cabin is situated enough away from the RV area so as not to have interaction with the RVs unless of course you want it. We also have an additional very nice RV cabin Rental (new mobile trailer) with all the amenities that we can park and hookup for you on a third RV hookup on the retreat (no hassle). This nice RV has 3 queens, full equipped kitchen, bathroom, powerful air conditioner, flat screen TV and music system. This lodging is a great option for overflow sleeping from the deluxe cabin for large groups or for a couple to rent individually. This retreat is designed for a real vacation with all the amenities to entertain you during your off-time. We have remembered everything so you don’t have to. If we don’t have it then you probably won’t need it. Situated on a private 8 acres of prime property with stream, meadows, and forest with many wild animals including mule deer, turkeys, chipmunks, squirrels, hummingbirds, raccoons, wild trout, and native songbirds. This retreat is ideal for children; the playground has a sandbox and one play apparatus for toddlers and a larger swing, slide and platform apparatus for older children. They play safe here from highway car or ATV traffic. They can ride bikes on the private loop road of the retreat property or climb the safe rappel rope on the steep hillside across the creek bridge. There is also a foosball game under the porch for kids and adults on rainy days. There is a horseshoe game set up close by and a tetherball. The deluxe cabin features a fully-loaded ranch-style modern kitchen and two large bathrooms. It also has a private washer/dryer, wireless internet, indoor electric fireplace, 2 televisions with satellite and DVR, and and DVD, CD, and VCR players. It has 9 beds (2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 single beds,1 double futon couch, and 2 single futon chairs. Counting the futons 9 to 13 adults can sleep in the cabin on mattresses. The retreat has a 735 sq. ft. private equine corral with water trough for guests who bring their own horses. The retreat has a beautiful view of the nearby 12000+ foot high Tushar range from the 360 sq. ft. west deck. Text Box: Common Sense Options If your group is too big for sleeping in the cabin then: Have some bring their RVs or tent trailers and stay in our RV park. Have some bring tents and sleep on the large cabin decks. Rent our retreat RV trailer for some to sleep in. Some sleep in a local motel. The group can be together all day to eat and socialize using the cabin kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and outdoor amenities and facilities.
