This RV vacation rental is located near Marysvale Utah and the Paiute ATV Trail in beautiful Bullion Canyon in full view of the Tushar range. You have close access (100 ft) to the solitude of the meadow, forest, and beautiful Pine creek. The lot has very few bugs and does not have the loud truck traffic noise from Hiway 89. Many guests prefer this modern setup to a similar size rustic cabin downtown that probably cost more. This is our own 2007 Thor Vortex Vacation RV Trailer home with large modern fully-equipped kitchen, 1 front queen sleeper, 2 bunk queen beds, bathroom, flat-screen TV and dvd/cd entertainment system and large comfortable living room/dining area. This RV trailer cabin has powerful central air conditioning and heating. This newer vacation trailer home kitchen has a large RV fridge, micro-wave, oven with stove top, double sink, automatic coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, can opener, wine opener, dishes, mugs, soap, and towels. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower/tub, sink, soap, paper, garbage bags and towels. All three queen beds are made with mattress covers, comforters, pillows, and sheets. This modern RV has a couch and two captain chairs with a great table for four for eating or a good table with flat-screen TV and radio/audio system. There are two yard chairs provided with this rental. The retreat property has wireless internet and cell phone service for most brands. It is hooked up to Marysvale water and 30 amp power with sewer system already connected. We take this RV out ourselves often and have the very best furniture and equipment in it. It is very clean...we clean it and take care of it ourselves.

This RV lot #3 is surrounded by nature with natural sage, ponderosa pine, and cottonwood landscaping. It has a private fire pit and picnic table. The outdoor picnic table has a canvas shade structure for shade. There is also plenty of shade from mature natural trees in the nearby woods and creek meadows which start about 75 feet from this vacation trailer. There is also a private horse corral for guests with horses.

We handle all the details of hookup and cleanup for your convenience.

Text Box: Additional RV Camping for large multi-family or club groups - The retreat includes has a large deluxe vacation home cabin and 2 additional RV hookup lots that include sewer, water, and electricity (includes 50 amp air-conditioner plug) hookups for your friends that may want to lodge separately but nearby. These lots are situated at the far end of the retreat away from the cabin so there is no interaction between cabin renters and RV Lot renters unless they want. These lots include plenty of extra parking for your cars, trucks, trailers, and toys. Many of you have asked for this capability in the past so you could have your other RV friends nearby. These lots include the same fantastic view of the Tushar and Monroe Mountains as well as the creek meadows and forest. Most of the outdoor amenities are included with the RV camping including the playground, private picnic tables, private campfire areas, horsehoes as well as the creek and meadows. Access to the retreat hot tub is limited to the cabin group and their friends.

The RV home comes with a scenic 8 acres of fun for you

· The Playground features a toddler apparatus with a sandbox as well as swings and slide, kid rappelling, and forest clubhouse for children. There is a tether-ball, foosball, and horseshoes for older kids. There is a comfortable secluded hammock and bench in the shade by the gurgling creek.

· The retreat has a small spring pond and about 700 private feet of Pine Creek which flows through the property with grassy meadows and woods surrounding it. There are little waterfalls, private shady meadows, trails and sand bars for the your enjoyment. Wild turkeys, mule deer, squirrels, chipmunks, humming birds, cutthroat and brown trout and plenty of native birds are often on the property.

· There are outdoor picnic table and a fireplace with log stools round-about for fireside fun for each RV space. Bryan and Ana usually stay in a small basement office at the retreat so to clean and care for the retreat, provide security, and recreational information to retreat guests. We always take a fun-loving and open-minded approach to always put the retreat guests’ privacy and comfort as first priority. Although Bryan and Ana spend a lot of time on their own outdoor excursions, they will try to be present at your check-in to introduce you to the retreat facilities and help you plan your recreational activities during your stay in the area. If we can’t be there when you arrive, we will leave the vacation RV open for you and we’ll take care of check-in paperwork later.
