Do some research on amenities. Don’t pay a little less for a lot less quality. A few dollars extra will make a big difference in your vacation at Marysvale.

Please Read Policies :

· We prefer a minimum stay of 2 days (3 days on holiday weekends)

· Utah taxes are in addition to above rates.

· A deposit is required to reserve your time.

· Due to our short season, we must have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel, you will lose the deposit unless it is done at least 60 days prior to check-in. These early cancellations will result in a 75% refund of the original reservation deposit payment. If we are able to re-book and successfully rent your cancellation time then we will gladly refund the entire deposit (100%) whether the cancellation was early or late.

· Only Cash or check are accepted for payment. Please bring a check, or cash to pay the balance when you arrive.

· We have had only very satisfied customers—no exceptions. We will try hard to meet your expectations. Please examine carefully our whole website thoroughly so there are no misconceptions . Read our Guest comments.

· Check-in time is 3:00 PM for the cabins and 12:00 AM for RVs hookups and check-out time is 11:00 AM for cabins and hookups. Sometimes an earlier check-in or later check-out can be accommodated, but cannot be promised. This depends on the schedule of other guests and our cleaning schedule. We are happy to accommodate the parking of your vehicles for the day while you ride the trails before or after your stay.

· For the benefit of future guests that are allergic and those that want to keep this a very nice cabin ... no Pets can be accommodated for cabin renters. Yep, read again...no cats or dogs ! ...you will not be able to sneak it in either ... don’t try ! We will likely refuse to allow you to check-in if anyone in your cabin group brings a pet. There are common-sense alternatives... the person in your group can stay in a local motel that allows pets or sleep in a tent outside on the lawn with the pet ! We are not aware of any nice cabins in Marysvale that allow pets. We have a more liberal pet policy for RV lot renters. Your pet must be kept inside your RV or on a leash at all times.

· No youth groups allowed without specific prior discussion with management

· No smoking indoors by Utah law. We have two large cabin decks that are great for smoking.

· Naturally, the creek, spring pond, playground, fireplace, hot tub and deck are fun but can be dangerous for unsupervised kids. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Hot tub, playground, and outdoor fireplace may occasionally be used by office staff and friends.

· Fires in outdoor fire pits only. No fireworks and no loaded firearms on property.

· For the peace and quiet of all the guests ...no exterior speakers or loud music from any of the RVs or cabin. The only exception to this is if your group has the whole resort rented...every RV space and the cabin ... then you are all friends...and you can play all the loud music you want ! We love loud music when everyone is happy with it !

No crowds to deal with at this retreat. -> Private and secluded away from town up the canyon yet conveniently close to get supplies or eat out. It is situated in a beautiful mid-elevation riparian habitat of ponderosa pines, cottonwoods and meadows with fantastic open views of the mountains to East and the West. The Fish Lake National Forest is nearby. -> Many wild animals right around the cabin including chipmunks, squirrels, hummingbirds, native songbirds, trout, mule deer, wild turkeys, and feral peacocks. -> Beautiful wildflower rock gardens. -> Complete playground with tether-ball, foosball, horseshoes, beautiful creek, meadows, and secluded meadows. Kids can ride bicycles on our private loop road without worry. -> You can hear the creek from the window and there is no highway noise -> It is only a few yards from the Bullion Creekside Retreat gate to the main trail to Bullion Canyon Falls and direct access to the Paiute ATV Trail and all its spur trails that you can ride to without trailering. In 4 minutes on your ATV you can be in the prime riding trails west of Marysvale in Bullion Canyon of Gold. -> Jacuzzi hot tub and outdoor eating area large enough to congregate your friends for a barbeque, etc. -> Two large view decks with afternoon and morning shade. Tremendous views of the Tushars to the West and Monroe Mountains to the East. -> Knowledgeable, friendly outdoors-loving hosts that live on-site that regularly ride all the trails in the area who will treat you like visiting friends. We can advise on all your outdoor activities, including trail knowledge and fishing. -> Internet access available via wireless network or via our computer in our office. -> Free equipment to loan for local excursions. This includes day packs, full-size backpacks, fishing poles, and snowshoes. -> Two Satellite TVs and Free DVD movies available for loan in the cabin -> Many locations around the valley have poor or no cell phone reception, however from our elevated position, most cell phones get 2 or 3 bars from our cabin deck . -> No highway 89 truck noise to keep you awake at night !
