Cabin Reservations and Rates

Do some research on amenities. Don’t pay a little less for a lot less quality. A few dollars extra will make a big difference in your vacation.

 

Please Read Policies :

· We prefer a minimum stay of 2 days (3 days on holiday weekends)

· Utah taxes are in addition to above rates.

· A deposit is required to reserve your time.

· Due to our short season, we must have a strict cancellation policy.  If you cancel, you will lose the deposit unless it is done at least 60 days prior to check-in.   These early cancellations will result in a 75% refund of the original reservation deposit payment.  If we are able to re-book and successfully rent your cancellation time then we will gladly refund the entire deposit (100%) whether the cancellation was early or late.

· Only Cash or check are accepted for payment. Please bring a check, or cash to pay the balance when you arrive.

· We have had only very satisfied customers—no exceptions.  We will try hard to meet your expectations. Please examine carefully our whole website thoroughly so there is no misconceptions . Read our Guest comments.

· Check-in time is 3:00 PM for the cabin and 12:00 AM for RVs and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Sometimes an earlier check-in or later check-out can be accommodated, but cannot be promised. This depends on the schedule of other guests and our cleaning schedule. We are happy to accommodate the parking of your vehicles for the day while you ride the trails before or after your stay.

· No Pets can be accommodated for cabin renters except under specific prior discussion and arrangements with management. We love pets that are under control but do not want to deal with problem animals that can damage our very nice gardens, furniture and floor.   Please don’t show up with an unruly pet that we haven’t talked about.  We have a more liberal pet policy for RV lot renters.  Your pet must be kept inside your RV or on a leash at all times.

· No youth groups allowed without specific prior discussion with management

· No smoking indoors by Utah law. We have two large cabin decks that are great for smoking.

· Naturally,  the creek, spring pond, playground, fireplace, hot tub and deck are fun but can be dangerous for unsupervised kids.  Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.  Hot tub, playground, and outdoor fireplace may occasionally be used by office staff and friends.

· Fires in  outdoor fire pits only. No fireworks or discharging of firearms on retreat property.

· Large, newer cabin  with new quality furniture, western décor and all the amenities on eight private acres.  No large crowds to deal with at this retreat.

 

· Private and Secluded away from town up the canyon yet conveniently close to get supplies or eat out. It is situated in a beautiful riparian habitat with ponderosa pines, cottonwoods and meadows with fantastic open views of the mountains to East and the West.  The Fish Lake National Forest is nearby.

 

· Many wild animals right around the cabin including chipmunks, squirrels, hummingbirds, native songbirds, mule deer, trout, wild turkeys, and feral peacocks.

 

· Beautiful manicured wildflower rock gardens with tiger swallowtail and morning cloak butterflies all around the property.

· Complete playground with tether-ball, beautiful creek, meadows, and secluded meadows.

 

· You can hear the creek from the window and there is no highway noise.

 

· It is only a few yards from the Bullion Creekside Retreat gate to the main trail to Bullion Canyon Falls and direct access to the Paiute ATV Trail and all its spur trails that you ride to without trailering. In literally 4 minutes you are in the prime riding trails west of Marysvale near Bullion Canyon of Gold.

 

· Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor eating area large enough to congregate your friends for a barbeque, etc.

 

· Two large view decks with afternoon shade. Tremendous views of the Tushars to the West and Monroe Mountains to the East.

 

· Knowledgeable, friendly outdoors-loving hosts on-site that regularly ride all the trails in the area  who will  treat you like visiting friends. We can advise on all your outdoor activities, including fishing and trail-riding.

 

· Internet access available via wireless network or via our computer or your laptop via an Ethernet connection in our office.

 

· Free equipment to loan for local excursions. This includes day packs, full-size backpacks, and snowshoes.

 

· Satellite TV and Free DVD movies available for loan in the cabin

 

· Many locations have poor or no cell phone reception. From our cabin deck most cell phones get 2 or 3 bars.

 

· Kids can ride bicycles on our 1/5 mile long private loop road without worry
